At Freerapic Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery or purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage. Furniture should be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made furniture, clearance items, or gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check product details for specific restrictions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@freerapic.net or call (662) 226-7169 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning the product.
  3. Prepare the Item: Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. If possible, use the original packaging.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For large items, such as furniture, we can assist with arranging a return shipment for an additional fee.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, contact us to arrange a replacement. If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

To initiate a return for defective or damaged items:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damage or defect.
  3. Resolution: We will arrange for a return shipping label and process a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective or damaged items, Freerapic Furniture will cover the return shipping fees.

6. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that have been opened, used, or assembled. This will be specified at the time of return.


7. Return Processing Time

After receiving your returned item, we will process the return as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund issuance. The exact timeframe for receiving your refund may depend on your payment method.


8. Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
