1. Shipping Options
Standard Delivery: Delivery typically within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
White-Glove Delivery: Includes item placement in your desired room, unpacking, and assembly. Delivery timeframe varies based on location.
In-Store Pickup: Customers can pick up their orders directly from our store at no additional cost.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order. White-glove delivery incurs an additional fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframe
In-Stock Items: Ship within 3–7 business days.
Custom or Backordered Items: Delivery may take longer; estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your delivery upon arrival.
Report damages or missing items within 7 days of receipt to info@freerapic.net or call (662) 226-7169.
We will replace or refund damaged items at no additional cost.
